Mike Burwick
VP, Technical Engagement
Mike Burwick serves as Vice President of Technical Engagement at Authentic8, overseeing Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Support. In this role, he is responsible for the technical success of Authentic8's enterprise, government, and commercial customers across every stage of the customer journey — including organizations that use the Silo platform for cyber threat intelligence, OSINT investigations, financial crime compliance, and incident response workflows.
Since joining Authentic8 in 2019 as Director of Sales Engineering, Mike has built and scaled the technical customer organization while working closely with product and engineering to translate client requirements into platform capabilities. He also leads Authentic8's AI and API integration initiatives, developing automation that connects the Silo platform to customer workflows and Tech Alliance Partner integrations — a key component of the company's evolving AI product strategy.
Before Authentic8, Mike held senior technical roles at Bromium (now HP Wolf Security), Venafi, and Stonesoft (now Forcepoint), building deep expertise in virtualization, endpoint security, PKI and certificate management, and network security architecture.
Mike holds a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from John Brown University.
